DescriptionManufacturing operation in Northeast Arkansas is searching for a Human Resource Generalist. BS degree required with 2-10 years of applicable experience. Candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, relevant HR laws and regulations, MS office products, HRIS (People Soft, Oracle, etc.), root cause analysis and problem solving, training schedules and programs, budgeting, recruiting and interviewing for hourly and technical/professional staff, employee relations issues, personnel policy interpretations, compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisal programs, etc.
